Call an RGI in he tell you what fire you can fit, and test the flue etc
Of course I am going to use a Corgi fitter.
But I am looking around for fires, and dont want the fitter to have to come out twice.

It would be better if you used a Gas Safe registered installer. Corgi ceased to be the registration body for gas installers almost three years ago.

A site inspection will be required to confirm the condition and suitability of your existing chimney, amongst other things.
