What type of cable for long run to consumer unit

I've got the job to split several rooms ina B&B into individual flats with their own consumer unit. The meters and main service point are in the cellar the consumer units are 1 or 2 floors up.

Normally I would just use 25mm meter tails is there an alternative that would work better?

Split concentric would be a good choice.
