What use is crushed sandstone?

If I do not use a pile of crushed sandstone I have (I crushed it by hand hammer - took ages), then it will be surplus to requirements. And then I'll give it away, if anyone wants it.

I've actually used some of it. I've mixed it in with sandy soil and tampered it down.

But, what are the possible uses of crushed sandstone? As you know, it's a very soft stone. Thanks.
 
Well, I could always make sand out of my pile of crushed sandstone. :)

Actually, it will likely go behind a retaining wall I'm making.
