What valve size to use

I have some older rads to use and they have larger holes for the valves.

Do i buy an adapter for these to fit standard 15mm valves?

Some of the rads already have the coupling for a bigger valve (i think 3/4). What valve do i get for these ?

It would be cheaper for you to buy 3/4 by 1/2" reducing bushs either brass or malluable iron, 3/4" rad valves are commercial and are expensive.

These must be old rads
