Where can I get an airtight trickle vent?

Hi,

Can anybody help?

I am trying to source an airtight trickle vent because my clients are complaining about the draught that comes through standard vents when the Scottish wind is howling straight at them. There has to be a vent out there that fits securely and airtight rather than snap on or screw on with no gasket.

Please don't suggest taping them up as I want fully functional vents!

I thought the idea behind the trickle vent was so people could not close it.
This was introduced to help ventilation, stop mould growth etc.

Well, I thought they had a closing feature so that you could actually "Close" the vent when you choose too?

Not on the bathroom window i just had fitted, trickle vent with option to close, came from a local window company, made to size.
