Like the plan from the registry office, this can be obtained for under a fiver and gives better info.
Also the boundary cannot generally be measured exactly, it is where both neighboring property owners agree it is and can easily be several inches/feet away from title plans.
How old is the wall? If relatively recent (10, 20, 30 years??) it should be possible to establish who owns it and where the boundary is either within the wall or which side of the wall? As time passes, and if there is a possibility the wall has been rebuilt, things get more uncertain. As a cursory look, I'd say johnny2007 is probably right.
To the left of the wall is our garden to the right/other side we want to erect a fence along the wall but wanted to know where our boundary line would be in order to ensure we place the concrete posts correctly
