Which aerator/scarifier

Am about to try and inject some life into our front lawn.

We're looking for an aerator and scarifier to breathe life in the lawn and remove thatch.

Any recommendations?

Is it worth getting an electric version of both (see first link below) or manual versions of both?

I'd definitely go for the electric one - it will scarify well but the grooves that it is supposed to cut are minimal.
After you've done, you'll be amazed at the mountain of moss that gets torn out!
