Which type of switch

Hi Experts,

I am after a switch for lights where it can turn on mutiple lights by pressing it mutiple times.

Currently our lounge has four spot lights one per each conner and controlled by one single switch, which turns on all four.

But I want to install a chandelier in the center and want to replace with a magic switch, which will do the following:
1) when I first press the switch it should turn on center chandelier,
2) when I press it again should turn on 4 spot lights without out turning the chandelier off.
3) when I press it again then it should turn off all lights and chandelier.

I have seen this kind of single magic switch in my previous work place.

can anyone advice me, where and what to buy to achieve the above.
