which unvented cylinder

Currently looking at an albion ultrasteel and a OSO sc300, or should I look for another make? I have the option of 'shop damaged' on these two so are half normal cost.

Is there much in the cylinders build/quality wise?

a slight mark in the outer insulation/cosmetics, still fully warranted etc.
