The World Health Organization have finally been “allowed” into China to investigate the origins of sars 2/ Covid 19. Will China’s help towards beating this virus never end? What a lovely, helpful & transparent bunch the ruling party are.

Logically, bat-eating per se (if they are properly cooked) probably had nothing to do with it.

IIRC though, bats are commonly riddled with coronaviruses, so any close contact with them - storing them in cages in the wet markets, feeding them?, taking them out to kill, then sell or cook them - seems to be a plausible route of transmission to the humans involved.

It may be a case of the virus is incompatible with human hosts but, given enough interactions and enough time, a mutation will be likely to occur that is compatible..........


Anyhoo, I reckon (wrt the 'rona, anyway), Wuhan is now cleaner than the inside of a full bottle of Domestos.

So John, the variant which was 1st identified in Kent (close to the channel crossing funnily enough) by our world leading virologists (over 50 percent of the worlds understanding of the virus had been carried out in the uk) was thoroughly tracked & all information shared with other governments once confirmed & analised.
The Chinese ruling party did not do this & has not been cooperative at all.
Strange that the lab in Wuhan where it probably was accidentally released from has had all data & evidence wiped from that period. Why ?
