There are a few vets on here, Doug99 and Old Salt spring to mind, they only mention it when the subject arises, I get the impression of long serving military careers, the sort of thing one thinks of when talking about a veteran.
I always think it’s a bit false when people do the min 4 years and call themselves a vet.
