Why is bath filler running when other outlets are turned on (shower/ outside taps )

Hi I have an issue with this shower bath mixer set up. The bath filler is continuously dripping, but when the shower is turned on or the outside hot and cold taps, then it flows more like a continue stream as opposed to a drip. Why would this be and what can I do to fix it? thank you

It’s likely the on/off cartridge has failed, see this all the time with standard taps. Could also be a hot or cold cartridge

Yup - ceramic flow or diverter cartridge is passing, tends to more prevalent the higher the mains water pressure is.

Knobs is the diverter cartridge?

Whichever one of the left or right control knobs is for the bath filler - that's the one that needs cleaning or more likely replacing.

The centre one looks to be the thermostatic control, although I can't see a safety limiter on it which there usually is.

You'll have to remove the cartridges, take photo from various angles (with a tape measure to show dimensions) and send them off to shower doctor for identification unless you can see any branding.
