Wickes shower door warranty

Recently (June 2009) bought and installed a sliding shower door at home from Wickes. One of the top wheel brackets supporting the door has broken. Upon calling Wickes, they told me that they "think" it might still be under warranty and that I "may not" have to pay for the replacement part.

Generous terms eh
