Will this be considered as creating a tunnelling effect for neighbour

I am looking to put in a full planning application for a 5.5m rear extension. My adjoining neighbour has a similar extension . But they added a small indent of 2m to this as it would have overshadowed my property as I had not extended.

But now I am looking to extend full rear width , will I be seen as overshadowing my neighbour and creating a tunnel effect ?

Below are the screenshots of the block plans and a google earth screenshot.

If you are good terms with your neighbour why not just ask them...they may be glad to fill that indent in...

Thanks for the feedback, I doubt they would want to do that. As they just spent a fortune doing it up and may not want to rip up again for extra 2m.

What windows from what rooms will be impacted?

Does the design conform to the local planning policies?

You should at least be able to mirror the neighbouring.
