WINDOW OPENER 'WHIRRING'

Bought a new ground floor flat and have noticed a 'whirring' / vibrating sound coming from bedroom top opener in closed position. This disappears when we open the window or the front door adjacent the bedroom entrance door ?????????????

Any suggestions ????

check to see if your silicone seal has split, once it does, it acts like a reed (similar to a woodwind instrument) and when the wind blows it hums! by opening a door or window, you loose the suction necessary to create the effect.
