Wintex V.7.0 problem?

Hi, I having a bit of an issue opening the program.
Just downloaded V 7 previous I had was 6 which I have uninstalled.

V7 wont open at all New, user, open, nothing pic attached of the version I have

delete it off and start again, version 6 worked okay?

did you delete 6 or uninstall it before installing 7?

when you uninstall it, did you check no wintex folder still existed?

Yes all done thanks, uninstalled everything off my laptop, download vrs 7 from Texecom still open even using the engineer code as per manual?

Every thing off the laptop turned it off did a disc clean a defrag
Download v7 again used the code as per the manual still nothing ?

It could only happen to me...
After using the Master with the code it says invalid user
I've tried all my own previously entered codes same message invalid user

not sure what your saying, sounds like your saying you logged in as the Master with 123456 and then changed the code and cant get back in?

Your first reply is correct new download of Wintex
Installed it
First time use I enter Master then 123456

It says user invalid

So I try my user name then password

It says the same user invalid
