is so straightforward and clear that the thought of someone doing electrical work when they cannot understand it is scary.

Please do not try to mess with lethal voltages on the basis of following instructions to put-this-wire-in-that-hole without actually knowing and understanding why.

You will have fusing and isolation issues to deal with, requirements for safe routing and protection of concealed cables - you really, really, must learn about it.

I asume the plug wire goes blue to L and brown to N and heater blue to 3 and brown to N. It says no earth needed? Yes i have read the basics to help me.

Please read the basics again - you have got something fundamentally wrong which could kill you or other people, start a fire etc.

You assume wrong, live is brown and neutral is blue.
Not enough info on the heater to comment, stay safe and get a qualified electrician in.

Got that wrong lol, blue to N and brown to L and heater brown to 3 and blue to N. It says no earth needed?

The thermostat doesn't appear to need an earth, not enough info on the heater to comment if it needs an earth or not.

Wouldn't you be better off with a frost stat?

What are you hoping to heat above 10oc with 120w?
