Wireless Alarm system with sms

Hi Guyz
Please take it easy with me Im a complete newbie at this, I have a house in cyprus, and my neighbor out there has had a BT alarm system fitted, it has the ability to call him via a sim card, if the alarm goes off, what my question is Im based in the Uk, which is the most reliable wireless system capable of doing the above. If it were to activate I have a good friend who will handle the alarms for me, I wouldn't mind fitting a web cam to it so i can keep an eye on my 2nd home whilst Im away

Either the scantronic homelink 75, risco wisdom or visonic powermax with appropriate gsm modules, but you can send sms via built in modems if you have a tel line.

Thanks fir the reply m8, I havent got a phone line in the house, as Im only there 3 months of the year, and the mobile tariffs out there a re mega cheap

GSM it is then lol
You can use a pay as you go sim to but keep an eye on it.

You can use wired/hybrids with full gsm modules too, or even use a standalone gsm communicator.

did a search on ebay for them m8, none on there, but Ill keep checking, are they reliable the wireless ones, as the houses out there are all bloody concrete no where to hide wires at all lol
