Will the wireless signal be affected

Probably will not be affected but that is by no means certain

Which one, The 60kHz MSF Radio Time Signal, the 433 MHz of an alarm system, or the 5GHz wifi signal ?

What sort of modem ? How close to the modem is the receiver you are concerned about ?

Bernard, a standard wireless modem provided by the broadband service providers.

Unless the enclosure is designed to be wireless opaque (*) then the effect on the signal to and from the modem will be minimal and not worth bothering about.

Some plastics contain materials and / or conductive mesh to absorb radio frequency energy.
