wiring a ceeform?

I'm planning to convert from 240v mains plug to ceeform (female/blue)
need to know the wiring from mains side (inside the ceeform) got the earth in the middle, now it says L on one side (which I assume is live) & (conn on the right hand side )
which I think is neutral (but safe to check as death is pretty much permanent)

Seeing as you have 3 connections then the earth is the middle one, normally longer so it connects first, the other one marked L or sometimes + is Live, and the other one for some reason they never seem to mark,as neutral but it is the neutral connection

the pin layout is the same as a 13A plug
