Wiring last rose in loop from 2 way. Please Help! WITH pics

Any other options I might try?
You really need to stop trying different connections hoping to find the right one by chance - electrics by trial and error is a bad idea. If you haven't damaged your switches by now with all these short-circuits then you will soon.

You can opt for Plan A, or Plan B.

PLAN A:
  • Learn how lighting circuits are wired.
  • Get a multimeter and learn how to use it.
  • Identify which conductors are which at the switches and the light positions.
  • Check for voltage present, circuit continuity, switches working etc.
  • Connect everything up properly.
PLAN B:
  • Get an electrician.

You seem to have a standard switching arrangement as you have a 2G downstairs operating hall & landing. The live is looped across with a T&E going up to the landing switch with strappers.

Obviously, the landing switch has been moved and the old cable has been jointed with harmonised and a neutral picked up along the way. Worth tracing and checking that JB, to make sure everything is OK.

Check that the blue in the landing switch is connected to neutral. If it is, you should get the landing light working if you connect the lamp across brown and blue.

Now, you did say you thought that this light was the end of the line. It can't be if the rest of the lights are not working as you say. The red/black T&E must feed the rest of the upstairs.

BUT, there is not a live loop present to loop through to the red.

If that blue is not a neutral, it may be a live feed. If this is so, where is the neutral?

There is a missing conductor or conductors that should be at that light.

In any case, you need a MM.
