wirless modem, which one

going wireless so would like some advice on which make of modem to buy, with ntl/virgin media at the moment, so believe i need a DSL type

suggestions greatfully recieved

No to an ntl, have cable modem now.

Is your existing modem ethernet or USB?

Can't help but sound stupid on this one think it maust be ethernet as it plugs into network socket and not usb port

If NTL, you simply need a wireless router, not one containing a DSL modem.

Netgear, Linksys, Dlink all do them. Speed will also depend on the client adaptor. I prefer Draytek kit, but it's not cheap.
