Worcester 24cdi hot water problem diaphram diverter valve

Maybe just air locked mate. I changed one of these on Friday and same happened, boiler fired initially for a few seconds then locked out with CH red light flashing. Checked AAV and it was closed, so opened it up and after a few seconds of hissing away she went.

Cheers mate im gonna have another crack at it im the morning, will look at that, boiler came on and fan operate, think it tried to spark just the once an then both lights would be flashing red, no ignition
