Hi all!
Came home last night, no heating!
This Worcester boiler is 4 months old!
Will get in touch with supplier on monday, but very cold at the moment (Sunday)
There is no System pressure on the boiler gauge!. how do I get this back up and what could have caused the problem?
So I thought I would ask the audience!

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Can't you call the installer?

The installer should have shown you how to refill the boiler. There are two ways. Were you given a white plastic T shaped handle about 5 inches in length. If not below the boiler is there a stainless steel flexible hose connected to a small valve with a little handle on it.
