worcester 28i junior

hello all
having a problem with my boiler, type 28i worcester junior.
had burst chw and cw feeds at the back of boiler and now repaired.
i have blue flasing light and no reset light on front of appliance
any thoughts?
manual says possible wiring harness or temp sensor.
sensor is ok 18 ohms. wiring ok, dry and clear of any corosion or defective connections. correct voltage etc on power 5Vdc and 5 Vdc on flow sensor.
manual also says fan ? can anyone assist on how to repair?
the fan does not start
blue flashing light every sec or so
no hot or ch
any help greatly appreciated.

use hairdryer 5/10mins inside boiler its damp gavin its usually the bottom wire on gas valve.

had heater blower on it for a while all open but to no avail
will keep it on overnight and keep you posted

gas valve
2 x solenoids
one = 177ohms
second = 376 ohms
no short or anything untoward? keeping the heat on?
also is there any way to test the fan as i still have not seen this power up?
