Worcester Boiler no hot water

Only shower is what you see on the bath. No electric just from boiler.

Mixer in kitchen which I will look at now.
Isolate the kitchen tap if you’re able to and possibly the basin (if a mixer).

With boiler still isolated cold feed ,turn on your bath COLD tap and tell us if water flows from it .
 
With boiler switched off at wall and boiler water closed off as per photo I’ve noticed this.

Bath hot tap has cold water flowing.
Turn off bath hot tap and turn on bath cold tap and nothing ?

Bath sink.
Kitchen sink.
Spare toilet sink.

All hot taps no water flowing.
Cold all flow ok.

So bath hot flows cold water.
Cold nothing.

Turn on boiler at wall and isolation valve and water from bath hot and cold tap but always cold.
 
Run the bath cold tap only and see if the boiler fires up.
Hot tap is usually on the left ,your bath taps left tap is marked cold.

Have you had any work carried out recently? I suspect something is piped up wrong.
 
Yes.

Turning bath cold tap on fires up the boiler and hot water starts to flow.
 
Your bath taps indices need swapping !!!
The hot tap is the left one !!

Cold tap and hot tap.

Turn hot on and water is cold.

Turn cold on and water gets warmer then hot and boiler fires up and flame symbol shown.

The left tap is cold.

The right tap is hot.

I turn on the left tap marked cold and hot water comes out.

You saying when I put the new washers in I mixed up the ceramic parts ?

Very likely ,the tap can't swap the flows over itself !!
