Some do - eg i series - no diverter valve.

Were there any without a diverter valve made during the last three years?

TRV's on all the rads??? on a Worcester??? - think again :o

You need to define "heating does not come on" in more detail ie no response at all or no flow etc.

why would that stop the heating from coming on?

the boiler does not respond whatsoever i.e does not light up

The majority of boilers should not have TRV's on all the radiators in order to comply with building regulations and in the interest of boiler longevity and economy. There are few exceptions to this rule.

A room thermostat and uncontrolled radiator will provide an interlock for compliance.

On many boilers an automatic bypass valve will also be necessary when the majority of radiators are fitted with TRV's.

Start by telling us the boiler model. What timeclock is installed? Has a room thermostat been disconnected? Does the pump run? etc etc
