worcester bosch 28i tripping rcd

Can some one please help, my worcester bosch 28i keeps tripping the rcd.I have set the heating switch on the boiler to the off position turned the power on and power stays on run the hot water RCD trips, reset rcd turn heating on rcd trips, sometimes it may run 10 to 15 mins before tripping. Over the last two years i think this boiler has been re built at least once. can anyone help.

I'd normally say pump but it would usually blow straight away, best get someone in

Disconnected the power to the pump and no more tripping.

That does rather point to the pump!
