Worcester Greenstar

Plumber has suggested a Worcester Greenstar as a replacement for my Vulcan Continental. Has anyone any experience good or bad on their performance and reliability? Thinking of possibly the 30 HE or 35 HE (3bed semi, 10 rads). Is the 'Plus' model worth the extra dosh?
