I saw this little gem outside a radiotherapy treatment room a few years ago:
We were not meant to arrive at the pearly gates with body perfectly preserved in pristine condition. We were meant to slither in sideways, body all bashed up and worn out, strawberries in one hand and champagne in the other and say "Wow - what a ride!!!"
And now for something completely different. More years ago than I care to remember (probably in the sixties) I read this:
"If God had intended us to go around with no clothes on, we would have been born stark naked!"
