Hi

Do you have to be an oftec tec ? To carry out any work on your own appliances .I want to decommision my own oil tank which is empty and my argar .

As we all now live in a world that demands a certificate to wipe your own ars.... I thought i would try and find out

Might not need to be OFTEC registered but you will need a registered waste firm to remove and transport the empty tank as there are many regulations relating to the transportation of hazardous waste which would be how an empty oil tank would be catagorised.
