sorry youve fallen into the impracticality of gloss black worktops "trap" 
no solution other than live with the worktops or change to normal that don't show up the minutist scratches fingerprints or splashes
if only they warned you of how impractical they are in the showrooms
i wont fit black gloss as the blame tends to finnish with the last point off contact

Minor scratches can be removed or made less obvious using T-Cut car polish or similar.
