Probably because it's just an artists impression of a concept building which hasn't actually been built. (As far as we know! )

Not sure about The UK, but I've always admired The Dancing House (locally known as the Fred And Ginger building) on the banks of the river Vltava in Prague. It looks a bit like the middle glass bit in - 2. The Crooked House (Sopot, Poland).

I have often wondered with these sloping/crooked buildings, where they get office furniture, filing cabinets etc to fit. Ikea maybe?

Scary.
I hadn't heard about the falling bolts, but I wonder how many other steel structures might be affected. And what about reinforced concrete? Plenty of that around.
