Hi everyBODy
I live in Harrow London, I have 4x 7.5 m back and 1.5x 3.5m single store flat roof extension to side of the detached house extension to build.
I just want to give building control notice the 48hour notice to the council as I think this falls under permitted developement.
But someone told me that this is actually a Wrap around extension and requires planning permission.
Below I have uploaded an image of the proposed extension, the area shown in red is the one which is confusing me at the minute.
Does anyone know if this is permitted developement ?
What is a certificate of lawful development, is this soimething different to planning permission or is the same ?
I really want to do is save time on application process as if a do a planning permission appli than I have to wait 2 months to build does anyone know a way around it?
Guessssss to many question but any help is appreciated.
