My wife's the same so do anyone know where you can purchase dummy stat switches like dummy CCTV cameras so she can fiddle with it until she warms herself up??

I think you need to able to switch your wife on and off....
If only life was that easy....
Ours is set to 21.5° but I end up knocking it up half a degree at a time as the evening goes on so it’s normally at 23.5° by the time we go to bed. Mrs Mottie always has a throw over her, I just have a T shirt on. It goes off at 10.00. I have my shower just before I go to bed around 10.30 so I boost it to 24° or more for 30 minutes when I go up and have the bedroom and bathroom rads on max. I love a warm bedroom when I go to bed but I can’t stand it being on when I wake up so I have to turn it off before going asleep.
Buy ear muffs?
I’m the opposite, the bedroom radiator hasn’t been on for 14 years and the fanlight window is open at night 365 days a year.
I always read before going to sleep and I stay on top of the quilt in just my boxers until I turn the light out so I like the room to be warm.
