Wylex recall - how long to hear back ??

Contacted electrum as I have several installs with wylex 6A & 16A breakers between the specified dates, its now been three weeks and still not recieved anything (not even a confirmation)

Have called the hotline back twice and tried the online form but they can't tell me when I'll recieve anything and they just take my details again.....

How long did it take for you guys to hear back or recieve anything ??

Can't remember exactly how long I've been waiting to recieve their information/form, must be around 6 or 8 weeks.
