y plan switch live

hello.
if there is hot water demand on a y plan the boiler switch live wont be live as the boiler is operated by cylinder stat directly. switch live will omnly be live in central heating demand. am i correct? many thanks

NO, the Orange WILL be live, via the cylinder stat.
