Hi, I have fitted above alarm in my 3 bed semi which is not a large house, but I am having range problems with the back door sensor and a key pad also at the back door. Signal test gives a reading of 1 on both devices. They are about 14 yards away from the controller which is at the front door, there are no doors between the back and front (kitchen door is open).
I have tried turning the wifi off which had no effect.

Out of interest does the "signal test" measure field strength ( mV/metre ) or signal quality ( error rate ) ?

Yale just say anything below 5 will be unstable.
