Hi, I had a Worcester greenstar 30si fitted just over a month ago and it has been running great. However, the last couple of days I have noticed some yellow marks appear on the control panel, around the timer and heating controls. They're circular patterns, and appear symmetrical on the far left and right of the front panel.

It hasn't been cleaned with anything, so I seems maybe something on the pcb under the panel is getting hot, or worse it's CO related. They're a definite pattern tho, not blotchy, and the boiler continues to work well.

Any ideas would we greatly appreciated.

No smokers, and it's on the otherwise of the room from cooker so presumably rules out food related smoke/steam.

I'm working on a photo, typing from phone at the mo tho.

Thanks for replies thus far.

sorry don't know if that worked, will try again

Hhmm... Do the yellow bits feel warmer?

Cause will be either external or internal..so if it's internal then it's a matter for installer / manufacturer / supplier.

If it's caused externally then worst case you would need to pay for replacement front cover.
