Yet Another All-In-One JB...

i have a single JB for all the lighting circuits in my house, see no problems at all with it and it is fully compliant with the regs. i used din rail terminals inside and also have a PLC to control auto switching of lights when no one is at home, also if a down stairs light is left on and the upstairs lights have been siwtched on and off it is automatically switched off. im all for energy use reduction!

Wouldn't this scenario occur when you run upstairs for something quickly and go back downstairs? :?

there is a time delay in the softwear also the auto off is disabled if the landing light is switched on and off downstairs, if more than one down stairs light is on or the hall way lighting is on

on my next house i intend to wire all the light switches in low voltage to reduce the wall chasing to a disc cutter slot!

a allen bradley PLC, basically an industrail control system which you can program as you require.

I have SELV- controlled lights in the kids bedrooms, controlled with hand-help pear bell pushes, through a relay with push on/push off action.
