Yet another "what alarm"

Am looking for a wired alarm 4/5 sensors dual tech or pir. Was looking for one with a remote fob but not having much luck. So would be happy with one with a swipe fob. Also looking for one with a GSM built in or extra. You guys know of any decent ones? I am scouring the forum for tips and tricks/advice.

Was looking at the Visonic powermax + as a wireless alternative, but i know a lot of folks dont like them, battery changes etc

texecom premier with a richoet expander you can have smart fobs and gsm module or prox keypads if you dont want to pay for the wireless fobs
