Can anyone supply contact details for a firm called Gemini in France who apparently are the makers of Yorkstar!

First I've heard of it. Are you thinking of Geminox?

Our information is that Yorkstar were a UK company that went under some years ago. I take it you have one of their oil condensers and it keeps locking out?
