You couldn't make it up, migrant "accidentally" released from jail

Can't take to Lammy, he comes across to me as smug and arrogant.
The Prison Service ought to be made to pay for the police time, and resources, used in recapturing these people they 'accidentally' release.
You mean the taxpayer funded prison service should pay some taxpayers money to the taxpayer funded police force.
Tell me what you think the benefits would be.

Doesn’t matter who released him or who gets him back its the taxpayer who’s paying at the end of the day. Shocking failure of the process again. It s obviously not fit for purpose.
If prison contractors, have the costs charged against them, it will certainly help concentrate minds on the job.

Problem is all of it is rotten to the core much as i can't stand Labour they are ALL part of the problem, but ultimately they don't run the country, that's the HO, that's where the buck stops.
Drones dropping mobiles and drugs into prisons for collection by inmates.
Folk chucking stuff over fences/walls for collection by inmates.
Prison officers banging inmates and helping them in various ways.
Prisoners running the wings not the staff.
