German finance minister Wolfgang schauble suggests an extra levy on petrol to pay for homing migrants.

Italys finance minister pier cargo padoan suggests an EU wide unemployment benefit fund payed for by a national levy based on Gdp. ( the better a country has performed the more it should pay in to the fund)

How can you possibly agree with this madness
