Zafira is squeaking after repairs??

Hi

My Zafira comfort now squeaks pretty loudly while driving. I only got it back yesterday after a 10 day stay at the garage to have the pistons changed because of a failed M.O.T. The mechanic said he stripped the engine and done a new timing belt amongst other things. Although i can definitely feel an improvement in the car, it now has a loud squeak while driving & the water gauge moves to just past the first line after only driving a mile down the road.

Anyone know the reason for this? Should i go back to the garage as after paying out £700 i don't expect it to be doing this. It certainly didn't go in with those problems

New belts tend to be noisy, so it will probably leave in a few days.

But, just tip back to the garage and ask the technician to have a look, nicely .....
