Zone 1 lighting

hi would really appreciate a bit of advice, we have just moved into a new house, (well old new house) there is a shower room with a light in zone 1, i was curious of the IP rating of the light mainly as i work in the high voltage vehicle industry, it is a recessed panel light with the following information but no IP rating. Thanks in Advance

Is the ceiling actually less than 2.25m from the finished floor level?

Yes about 2.1, house is a chalet bungalow and the ceilings upstairs are quite low
