I recently signed up to BT for a new landline..
the cost as advertised on their website is £10.23 a month, with free evening and weekend calls..
I've recieved my order letter today and it says it will be £11.50 a month, and that the free evening and weekend calls are valid for 12 months whereupon I will be charged for the service..
so that's an extra 1.27 a month that is NOT advertised on their website all because I havent set up paperless billing..
since it's a quarterly bill, does it really cost £3.81 to print off an automatic bill and for someone to stuff it in an envelope and post it?
I think that it's wrong that they don't advertise the full price then show it as a discount if you chose it..
