RCBO

It's a european standard (which we have signed up to here as well) called 'Electrical Accessories - Circuit breakers for overcurrent protection for household and similar installations'.

You can view it in many reference libraries as BS EN 60898 (it has a number of separate parts).

(Edit: Not necessarily if you really are in Singapore!)

Your post header is RCBO.
If you are wanting to know the BS EN number for them it's 61009
For MCB's it's 60898

As a matter of interest, the Singapore electrical regulations seem to be based on the 16th edition of BS7671.

:) As it's obsolete here in the UK, the best place is eBay, where you could buy it for as little as 99p + postage. But to be honest it may not be very useful to you. You don't say why you are after this information, so it's impossible to be helpful to you. You'd be better off asking people in Singapore really.

I am trying to sell a new type of RCBO "the same size as MCB" - good for retrofit purpose. But the local authority mentioned that i need to comply to EN60898 for residential instead of IEC61009 . which i dont understand. is rcbo very common in UK

BSEN 61009 is the standard for RCBOS, I would imagine it would include a lot of references to standards BSEN61008 (RCDS) and BSEN60898 (MCBs)

Most manufacturers these days make single width RCBOs anyway, so I'm not sure what you are trying to do, in anycase it might be hard to claim a retrofit RCBO fits other companies switchgear without testing the whole lot together, to make sure for example that the bus bar gives a solid connection, the whole lot can handle fault currents as a complete assembly (Cue nothimagain with his explanation of the uk only annex A exception to BSEN60947-3... :D ), etc

BS EN 61009:2004 is the English version of EN 61009:2004 which is the European Standard.
The European Standard was derived by Cenelec from IEC 61009:1996 inc ammendment 1:2002 and corrigendum 2003.
