Castorama is a big French DIY chain, which I think belongs to B&Q. This may well be their own brand, and could be a rebadged Ariston 150AVM. Might be worth trying the Ariston site and seeing if they are the same.
Not surprising. What is surprising though is the way the tank it HANGING on the wall

its very common to see them hang on the wall in france, also quite common to see a bucket under the temp/pressure relief!
