What is with that man, Preston sack his son so he then immediately recalls his players which he lent on loan to PNE.
He then tells his mate Pullis at Stoke to do the same and neither team used or even had the players on the bench on Saturday.
You would think that at his age tantrums would be a thing of the past and that he would have been grateful that Preston gaves his son a chance in the first place.
May be a good manager but as a person not one I would like to have as a friend.

Never disputed that he is a good manager, just that he is a first class to**er.
His son is not a good manager but unlike his dad he he came across as a decent person.
Sir Matt Busby was also a WINNER, but he still remained a gentleman.

ABERDEEN! and also won the euro cup winners cup

Sorry but you are totally wrong, obviously a Man U fan?

Sorry he did win the FA Cup early on, but the club and fans wanted more, he never provided.

Money, he had plenty and spent lots on midfielders in the late 80's early 90's on players like Pallister, Webb, Ince. The club still hold records for some of the biggest signings, yes cantona was cheap, but thats 1 player. Around the same time all the fans wanted him out and he was almost sacked from his job. People seem to forget the days before the Premier League started and United finishing in pretty low positions.

Luck, hes had a lot and he said himself in his own book hes been very lucky with the players he had come through the ranks. He had the likes of Neville brothers, Giggs, Butt, Scholes, Beckham all brilliant players that came through at pretty much the same time, no other clubs have ever had so many youngsters break through so near to each other. They where not down to Fergie, they where down to a coach named Eric Harrison

He broke up the Celtic/Rangers monopoly?.....Aberdeen where almost ready to take the title when Ferguson took over, they finished lower when fergie took over than they did the previous season. He actually had a better record at St Mirren, taking them from second division to winning the first division, until they sacked him for paying players extra money behind the clubs back!.

So as you can see, what I wrote is true, and the mam himself has even said similar!
